About the Author: Vijay Kumar Manandhar Vijay Kumar Manandhar ( b, 1952) received his M.A and Ph.D degrees in History from Trihuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition to that, he holds as M.A degree in History from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He received a Fulbright Scholarship to study in the United States.
